As CIJA’s Creative Director I am responsable for the looks an feel of everything the brand sends out inti the market place. In this capacity I manage my own design and video work, train interns, manage our freelance creative staff an aintain our brand standards guide organization wide.

2018 to 2021

I was charged with designing the work flow and modernizing visual practices across the entire organization. Daily work included graphic design, website creation and management, video editing, and strategic communications.

Contributed vital work and amanagement in establishing new practices to ensure staff of every level could formalize their creative needs and ensure all creative work remained accounted for in the organization.

2016 to 2018

Contributed to vast array of design needs for organization from marketing events, to teaching students visual design, to providing graphic design for fundraising and reporting. provided additional support managing the organization’s CRM and MailChimp.
